Speedup Tracker

The speedup tracker turns a screenshot into a running history. A member posts a picture of their speedup list in one channel, and the bot reads it, remembers it, and replies with a card showing their totals, what changed since last time, and how their speedups have grown over every scan they have ever posted.

How members use it

1. Open your bag in Rise of Kingdoms and go to the speedup list, the screen showing each type next to its total duration.
2. Screenshot it. Phone and PC both work, and any game language works.
3. Post the image in the tracker channel. Nothing to type.

The bot reacts while it reads the picture, then replies with a card.

A cropped screenshot is fine. The bot only records the rows it can actually see, and a type it could not read is left blank rather than recorded as zero, so a tight crop never looks like you spent everything.

Images posted in any other channel are ignored completely.

Post all three kinds at once and you get one card, not three. The bot reads every screenshot, stores every set of numbers, then replies once with whichever card read the most. A line above it says what the others read, and the menu under it switches to them. Nothing is lost, it is just one message instead of three.

What the card shows

Two headline numbers. Healing ready is your Universal plus Healing speedups. Training ready is your Universal plus Training. Universal counts toward both because it can be spent either way, so the two figures overlap on purpose and will not add up to your total.

A breakdown bar. One bar split into all five types, showing what share of your pile each one is.

A tile per type with its current total, how fast it is growing, and a green or red badge showing the change since your last scan. A type that did not move gets no badge.

The growth figure is days gained per day, measured from your oldest scan to your newest. It answers whether the badge above it was a normal week or a good one. It needs at least a day between scans to mean anything, and it hides itself below an hour a day, so a type you barely touch shows nothing rather than a row of zeroes.

A growth chart of your combat speedups (Universal, Training and Healing) across your last 30 scans, so you can see whether the pile is actually growing. Its header shows where you rank in your server and how much you are gaining per day.

Building and Research are stored and shown as tiles, but they do not count toward the headline total, because they cannot be spent in a war.

The menu under your card

One dropdown, three things:

• Always DM my cards moves this card into your DMs and sends every future scan there too. Your screenshot is deleted from the channel as well, so nothing with your numbers on it is left behind. Always post in the channel switches back.
• Search past scans lists your last 25 with the date and time of each. Pick one and it is drawn again as it was at the time, with only the scans that existed back then on its chart. Only you can see it.
• Delete a past scan is there for a reading that came out wrong. Same list, but the scan you pick is shown to you first, with the card drawn out in full, and nothing happens until you press Delete it.

Only the member the card belongs to can use the menu. It works the same way on the material tracker.

Cards are posted in the channel by default. The DM choice follows your Discord account, so turning it on hides your cards in every server the bot is in, speedups and materials alike.

If your DMs are closed the bot cannot send it, so it posts the card in the channel as a reply instead, with a note saying it could not DM you.

Which scan you delete matters

Deleting your most recent scan rolls your card back to the one before it. That is the one to reach for when the bot misread a number a minute ago.

Deleting an older scan only removes it from your history and chart. Your current figures do not change, because a later scan already replaced them. The confirmation tells you which of the two you are about to do, so you never have to guess.

Deleting is permanent. There is no undo, and the bot does not keep a copy.

Making the card yours

/tracker customize changes your card’s accent colour and background image. It opens a preview of your own card so you can see each choice before you keep it.

• Accent colour - pick from the presets, or enter your own hex code.
• Background - attach an image with the background option on the command. It is cropped to fit.
• Start over - set reset_to_default to True.

This is the same styling your /xp rank card uses, so setting it from either command changes both. One look, both cards.

Setting it up

Run /tracker settings and use the menu:

• Tracker channel - pick the channel members post screenshots in. Choose a quiet, dedicated one.
• Speedup Tracker: ON / OFF - the switch. Nothing is read while it is off.
• Move the guides down now - forces the how-to messages back to the bottom.

One channel feeds every tracker. The same panel has an on/off switch for the Material Tracker and the Armament Tracker, and all three read the one channel you pick. The bot works out which screen a screenshot is before anything is charged for it, so members post whatever they have and it goes to the right card. One how-to guide covers the lot.

There is one channel setting and no way to give a tracker its own. If your server was set up before this and still has a channel each, they keep working and the panel says so; picking the tracker channel brings them all onto it.

Two steps, in that order. Pick the channel, then switch the tracker on. Setting the channel does not switch anything on by itself, so a tracker you deliberately left off stays off. The guide is posted the moment a tracker is on with a channel set.

The bot needs Send Messages, Attach Files and Embed Links in that channel, and the panel tells you if any are missing.

The guide message

When you switch the tracker on, the bot posts a short how-to in the channel and keeps it at the bottom. About 8 minutes after the channel goes quiet, it deletes its old copy and posts a fresh one, so the instructions are always the last thing people see. The wait is deliberate: reposting sooner would make Discord group the guide with the messages above it.

The guide carries a picture of the screen it is asking for. With more than one tracker on the channel, that picture is a single labelled sheet showing every screen the trackers read, so nobody has to guess which of them their screenshot counts as.

It only appears while the tracker is on. Turning the tracker off leaves nothing advertising a feature that is not listening.

Commands

/tracker settings

Opens the control panel. Needs Administrator or Manage Server, or your server’s Bot Admin role. Only you can see it, and only the admin who opened it can change it.

/tracker card

Brings up your tracker cards without posting a screenshot. Anyone can use it, and only you see the reply.

There is one menu under the card for all three trackers, so you can look at your speedups, your materials and your armaments one after another without running three commands. It opens on the first card you actually have, so a member who only ever scans materials never starts on an empty speedup card.

The same menu sits under every card the bot posts, including the one you get after a scan. That matters most in a server that runs all three trackers out of one channel: a batch of screenshots shows one card, and the menu is how you reach the others.

/tracker customize

Changes your own card’s accent colour and background. Anyone can use it, it only affects your card, and it shares its settings with /xp customize.

Limits and notes

• Each member gets 6 scans a day with about 10 minutes between them. Speedup totals move slowly, so more often than that tells you nothing new.
• Each server has a daily scan limit, generous enough that a normal alliance will never reach it.
• Reading a screenshot uses AI, which is why this is a Patron feature and why the limits exist.
• Members keep their own history. One member’s scans never appear on another member’s card.
• The bot only reads images, and only in the tracker channel. Text messages there are left alone.
